Route propagation to VGW
Route propagation lets a Virtual Private Gateway (VGW) automatically add routes from an on‑prem network into a VPC route table so traffic finds the tunnel endpoints.
"I want my on‑prem subnets to appear automatically in the VPC routes without manually adding each prefix."
VGW route propagation imports routes learned over a VPN or AWS Direct Connect into VPC route tables (when propagation is enabled), and those propagated routes compete with any static routes by longest-prefix match and route table priority rules.
