Interface Endpoint (ENI) for AWS PrivateLink
An Interface Endpoint is an elastic network interface in your VPC subnet that gives private, secure network access to a PrivateLink-powered AWS service or endpoint service without using the internet or NAT.
"I want my app to call a SaaS API in another AWS account without traffic leaving my VPC or needing public IPs."
An Interface Endpoint creates an ENI with a private IP in your subnet and a stable DNS name that forwards traffic over the AWS network to the target service (a VPC Endpoint Service), enabling private connectivity without route tables/NAT for each call.
