Refreshing PivotTable
Refreshing a PivotTable updates its summary to reflect any changes in the underlying source data.
"I changed the sales numbers in the table — why doesn't my PivotTable show the new totals?"
Refreshing a PivotTable re-reads the connected source range or table and recalculates the Pivot's aggregations; Refresh All does that for every PivotTable/PivotChart in the workbook.
