Employment verification requests
A process to confirm an individual's job history or status to third parties while protecting privacy and following the law.
"I need to verify a candidate's past role, but I can't just give out everything they ever did."
Employment verification requests are third-party inquiries (from lenders, landlords, background-check vendors, or former employers) asking you to confirm an individual's job title, dates of employment, and sometimes salary or eligibility to rehire; you must respond based on authorized policy, consent, and applicable law.
