Reliability (Test-Retest)
Test-retest reliability measures whether an assessment gives consistent scores when the same person takes it twice without real change in ability.
"I need to know that a candidate's high score today wasn't just luck or a fluke of timing."
Test-retest reliability is the stability of scores across two administrations of the same test given to the same people after a short, appropriate interval; high reliability means little change when no true change occurred.
