Sourcing Fundamentals
X‑ray search: site: operator
Use the search engine's site: operator to limit results to a specific website or set of domains so you only see profiles or pages from that place.
"I only want candidates from LinkedIn and the company career page — everything else is noise."
The site: operator narrows public search engine results to one domain or a list of domains, letting sourcers focus on profiles or resumes hosted on a particular website without crawling the whole web.
