For example: “Every weekday at 9, summarise my new emails and list what needs a reply.” Each run is a real turn of that agent, with its tools and memory.

Loomrail turns it into a name, the job, how often and at what time. You confirm.

At the set time the agent does the job in the background and posts the result in its chat or the room’s feed.

Anything that goes out waits for your yes. A routine never sends an email or post on its own.
How often
Pick a rhythm.

| Weekdays | Monday to Friday at a set time. |
| Weekly | One day a week at a set time. |
| Monthly | One day a month at a set time. |
| When something happens | Checks every 15 minutes and speaks up only when it has happened, such as a price dropping below ₹5,000. |
You also choose whether to hear about every run or only when something changed. Runs with no change simply say “No change since the last check.”
