Rooms
One mission. Several agents.
A room puts your agents on one mission, in one shared feed, like a small project team. An agent is one teammate; a room is the team.
One feed
You talk to one place, not five chats.
Hand-offs
Agents pass work to each other without you copying text between chats.
A lead
One agent runs the room and assigns the work.
What a room is
A team on one mission.
One agent runs the room, the others each have a role, and you see everyone’s work in the same thread.
Say “Plan and prepare our launch for next Friday”. The Lead splits the work, the Writer drafts the announcement, the Designer makes the visuals, the Social media manager prepares posts, and the Reporter sums up what is done and what needs your decision.
Why use a room
Big jobs need more than one skill.
One place
Write once in the room; the right agent picks it up.
Hand-offs
The Writer can hand the draft to the Tester, then to the Reporter, without you copying text.
One story
The feed shows who said what, what each one made, and what waits for you.
Each keeps its skills
Every member still uses its own tools, memory and panes.
Roles
Roles inside a room.
When you add an agent you give it a role title and a duty. These presets help you start; you can rename them and rewrite the duty.
| Role | What it does in the room |
|---|---|
| CEO (runs the room) | Owns the mission, turns your request into work, assigns members and reports the outcome. |
| Manager | Runs one part of the mission, checks progress, unblocks, escalates decisions. |
| Worker | Does the job it was hired for, then hands finished work on or reports up. |
| Tester | Checks quality against the mission; sends work back if it fails. |
| Reporter | Writes the status, findings and next step for you. Does not redo the work. |
Compare
A room vs separate chats.
| Separate agent chats | A room |
|---|---|
| You copy results between chats | Agents hand work to each other |
| You decide who does what | The lead assigns by role and duty |
| No quality check unless you do it | A Tester can check before it reaches you |
| Progress is spread out | One feed plus a Reporter summary |
Get started
Start a room.
- 1
Create two agents first
For example Writer, Designer and Social media manager.
- 2
Click New room
In the sidebar, the Rooms page, or the + menu on a phone.
- 3
Name it, write the mission
“Hire a senior React developer by November.”
- 4
Pick the team
Set a role title and what each agent does in this room. Choose who runs it.
Write the mission like a goal with a finish line: what and by when. The lead uses it to decide what to do next.
Manage
Manage a room.
Settings
Name, mission, members, roles and who runs it.
Duplicate room
Same mission, people and roles, fresh work. Good for repeating projects.
Routine
A scheduled job, such as a weekly team report.
Delete room
Removes the room. Your agents stay.
Anything that goes out, such as an email or a post, shows you a preview first and waits for your approval. How approvals work.
