Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Welcome to Loomrail. These Terms govern your use of the app — creating named agents, chatting with them, and connecting integrations. By using Loomrail, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
You must be 13 or older to create a Loomrail account. We ask for your date of birth to check this; it's used only for that and isn't stored. Accounts found to belong to someone under 13 are closed at once and deleted after 30 days.
If you're 13 to 17, a parent or legal guardian must approve your account and agrees to these Terms for you; they're responsible for your use of Loomrail. Teen accounts get age-appropriate replies and can't buy plans or credits themselves; a parent can buy a plan for them from the approval link, and is the buyer for that payment. A parent can withdraw permission at any time, and an account not approved (or withdrawn) for 30 days is deleted.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you turn on two-factor sign-in, keep your backup codes somewhere safe. If you lose both your phone and your backup codes, we can restore access only after confirming the account is yours.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use Loomrail's agents to generate illegal content, attempt to bypass safety measures, or interfere with the service's normal operation. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Loomrail's software, prompts, designs and interfaces belong to us. Don't copy, reverse engineer, decompile or scrape the service or its API; don't access it with bots or scripts beyond normal use or the limits we set; and don't use it, or anything taken from it, to build or train a competing product. This doesn't limit your rights to your own content and the files your agents make for you.
“Loomrail”™ and the Loomrail logo are trademarks of Loomrail (trademark application filed). Don't use them, or a name or logo confusingly like them, for your own product, domain or company, or in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account without notice, and we may take legal action, including asking a court to stop the misuse and to award damages, under the laws that apply, such as India's Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. AI-generated content
Agent replies are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing anything an agent produces before relying on it or sharing it further.
4. Rooms, handoffs, and browser sessions
When you group agents into a room, one agent may hand off or escalate a task to another on your behalf — you're responsible for the instructions and boundaries you give each agent. If you ask an agent to browse the web, it acts as your agent when it does so; you're responsible for what you direct it to do there, same as any other action you ask it to take.
5. Other people's data (Recruiter, Examiner)
When you add candidates, send tests, or upload other people's details, you decide why that data is collected and are responsible for having a lawful reason and their consent where the law needs it — for a test-taker under 18, a parent or guardian's consent. Loomrail processes that data only on your instructions, and you can delete it at any time. Only share a test link with people you're allowed to test.
6. Integrations
Connecting a third-party account is your choice and covered by that service's own terms. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations, which deletes the stored key.
7. Company accounts
If you join a company on Loomrail, that company administers your account. Its admins can set policies — such as which AI models and apps you can use, how long chats are kept, what is hidden from AI models, and whether single sign-on or two-factor sign-in is required — see an activity log of your account (not your chat content), and remove you from the company. For an account on the company's verified email domain, they can also delete it. The company is responsible for how it uses these controls, and our Data Processing Agreement applies between Loomrail and the company.
8. Plans, credits and refunds
Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card or bank details. A plan covers the month or year you paid for and doesn't renew automatically — you buy again to continue. The price and what a plan includes are shown before you pay.
Once a plan period has started it isn't refunded, and AI credits aren't refundable once they're added to your account, whether or not you've used them. If a reply fails because the AI couldn't be reached, the credit for it is returned automatically.
If you're charged twice, or charged for a plan or credits you didn't receive, write to support@loomrail.com within 30 days and we'll refund it in full; the money usually reaches you within 5–7 working days. Nothing here limits a refund the law requires.
9. Availability
Loomrail is provided "as is", without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Loomrail is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for all claims relating to Loomrail is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Termination
You can stop using Loomrail and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of Loomrail.
