Vacancy Age
Vacancy age is the number of days a job requisition has been open measured at a specific point in time.
"I need to know which roles are stuck longest so we can prioritize closing them."
Vacancy age counts elapsed calendar or business days from the requisition open date (or from when it became actively recruitable) to a chosen snapshot date; it’s used to monitor queues and backlog. It’s a point-in-time measure, not a cumulative history of every day the job was active.
