Source of Hire
The channel, method, or origin credited with bringing an individual candidate who was eventually hired into the organization.
"I need to know which channels actually deliver hires so I can spend my budget where it works."
Source of Hire identifies where a hired candidate first or most importantly came from (e.g., job board, referral, agency, career site, social), and attribution methods determine how you assign credit when candidates engage multiple channels. Single-source attribution assigns the hire to one source only; multi-touch attribution distributes credit across several interactions.
