Table.TransformColumns()
A function that applies a transformation function to one or more columns in a table, returning a new table with those columns changed.

Table.TransformColumns takes a table and a list of column→function pairs and runs each function on every value in its column, producing a new table with transformed column values. You can supply one or many column/function pairs programmatically.
