A way to load delimited text files into Power Query by telling M where the file is and how to split columns (delimiter, encoding, quote rules).

The Text/CSV connector reads a file's bytes, decodes them, splits lines into columns using a delimiter (or detects one), and returns a table you can transform in Power Query.
