Rate limiting middleware
A middleware that limits how many requests a client can make in a time window to prevent abuse.
"I keep getting hammered by repeated API calls from one IP and need to slow them down."
Rate limiting middleware tracks requests per client (by IP, API key, or user) and rejects or delays requests that exceed a configured threshold in a time window.
