Client-side Authentication Session Flows
Patterns for keeping a user logged in on the browser by using redirects, silent renew, and token refresh without changing backend auth.
"I want users to stay logged in smoothly without exposing credentials or reloading the app every few minutes."
Client-side auth session flows coordinate browser redirects, hidden iframe or fetch-based silent renew, and token refresh handling so the front-end obtains and keeps valid tokens while respecting security constraints. They avoid building a full auth server by using OAuth/OpenID Connect flows, refresh tokens or rotating tokens, and periodic renew logic entirely from the client.
