Role-based permissions
A way to group users into roles so each role can do only the actions it's allowed to do in the ATS.
"I need my sourcer to export resumes but not delete job postings or change offer approvals."
Roles are named permission sets assigned to users; each role lists allowed actions (read, write, export, admin) on resources so access is consistent and auditable.
