Ansible Handlers
Handlers in Ansible allow you to perform actions in response to changes made by tasks in playbooks.
"I want to ensure my services restart only when necessary, not every time I run my playbook."
Ansible handlers are special tasks that run only when notified by other tasks, allowing efficient response to changes in your configuration.
